Piet Vijverberg is introducing a new addition to its ceramic collection: Luma By5. A colorful 12 cm ceramic pot featuring a glossy, iridescent finish that reveals different color tones depending on the angle of the light, a subtle ribbed texture, and a distinctive appearance.
Within the existing ceramic range, Nolan By5 serves as the accessible foundation. With Luma By5, Piet Vijverberg now adds a more luxurious and eye-catching option. The pot interacts with light and color, creating a presentation that subtly changes throughout the day. Depending on the light conditions, shades of blue, green, purple, and gold become visible, giving every plant a striking, vibrant, and premium presentation.
The inspiration for Luma By5 originated at trade fairs, where the collection was frequently displayed in eye-catching iridescent pots. These presentations attracted significant attention from visitors and customers alike. More and more people began asking whether the pots themselves were available for purchase. Until then, they had mainly been used as display pieces, but the strong market response sparked a new idea.

Based on that demand, we started developing our own version. A pot that not only complements the look of our collection but is also practical for use within our day-to-day operations.”

Developed in collaboration with Dymak, Luma By5 is a ceramic pot designed to fit perfectly around a 12 cm nursery pot. It also fits within existing trays and is suitable for efficient processing and delivery.
The name Luma refers to light, brightness, and radiance, making it a fitting name for a pot that enhances the product’s visual appeal and gives both Phalaenopsis and Dracaena an extra touch of luxury.
